How It Works

  • Explore the ready-to-hire collection to find a costume that suits your project. Each listing includes key details such as sizing, notes on fit and any included accessories.

  • Use the enquiry form on the costume page to check availability and provide details about your dates, duration of hire and intended use.

  • If the costume is available, you’ll be contacted to confirm hire dates, pricing, damage cover options and care requirements before any booking is confirmed.

  • Once agreed, the costume is supplied for the confirmed hire period. Collection, return dates and care guidelines are provided in advance.

  • At the end of the hire period, the costume is returned and checked in line with the agreed terms. Any cleaning, repairs or assessments are handled as outlined prior to hire.

What To Expect

  • Ready-to-hire costumes are supplied in fixed sizes. Fit notes are provided on each listing, and suitability can be discussed at enquiry stage. Alterations are only permitted where agreed in advance; external alterations are not permitted.

  • Care guidelines are provided with each hire. The hirer is responsible for the costume throughout the hire period and until it is returned.

  • The hire period is agreed in advance, with collection and return dates confirmed prior to hire. Clear care guidelines are provided to ensure the costume remains in good condition throughout the hire period.

  • Reasonable wear consistent with agreed hire use is considered standard wear and tear. Damage outside of this scope may be assessed in line with the agreed hire terms.

A deposit and damage cover agreement are required for all hires. Full terms are confirmed prior to booking.

Lead Times and Availability

Ready-to-hire costumes are subject to availability and require confirmation before any booking is agreed. While some costumes may be available at short notice, advance notice is recommended to allow for scheduling, checks and preparation.

Availability can vary depending on existing bookings and hire dates.
